The package levels are based on the UVgO value limits for direct orders. The procurement regulations of your federal state regulate whether and up to what amount a direct order is possible in your case - your contracting authority can quickly sort this out. You simply buy a new quota - at the same or better conditions than the first purchase. There is no automatic extension and no hidden follow-up costs: you decide for yourself when and in what size you want to repurchase.
Are there costs per user or workstation?
No. Each package is valid organization-wide - any number of people in your company can use the web app and API without additional user licenses. Only the page volume processed is billed.
Is there a term commitment or a subscription?
No. You purchase a prepaid page quota and use it up at your own pace - with no minimum term, no notice period and no automatic renewal.
